It is interest of FB to keep all enforcement of OSM license extremely weak, so even recusing yourself from all FB-related issues would not be sufficient. Note that ODBL licence requires notice reasonably calculated tomake any Person that uses, views, or isotherwise exposed to the Produced Work aware that Content wasobtained from the Database and that it is available under thisLicense. IANAL, but it seems to me that current attribution hiding used by FB is not enough to fulfill this requirement and that they are currently using OSM data illegally.
