also die glibc-crypt.tar.gz wir meinen vorherigen angaben
nicht! mehr ben�tigt. (ist jetzt bestandteil der glibc-distri)
die compilation + test l�uft ;-)
installation erfolgreich und ich bin auf
glibc-2.2.0 up and running.
kleines HOWTO 2.1.x nach 2.2 :
auspacken der glibc-2.2.tar.gz
cd glibc-2.2
auspacken von glibc-linuxthreads-2.2.tar.gz
damits nicht mit debug-infos (brauch sehr viel mehr platz+speicher)

setenv CFLAGS "-O9"
configuration (redhat)
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --enable-add-ons
compilation
make
test
make test
installation
!! NUR IM SINGLEUSERMODUS !! ( init 1 )

reboot .. freuen
dann mal ran an den Compiler
