I still wonder whether'Id	Name', $doc/item/concat(id, '	', name)will always work, or if you might sometimes get CRLF separators, or spaces, or nothing at all
The serialization spec clearly says that the separator should be a single space character. There is a debate about providing alternatives, but that's the status quo.
