No there is no way to say how long a phone is going to last. I have a 6682 that
i use for work and it is 4.5 years old. I also have a old n-Gage witch is close
to 6 years old and it still works ok. My n95 is about 1.5 years old and has
over 3,154 hours of talk time on it. So as you can see, there is no way to say
how long a phone will last.

Dear Brad, Stephen, & Robert,
I've tried all your suggestions, and it looks like I'm in the same boat as
Robert.

I'll just have to go to the auto time set.

As long as the phone will continue to work okay, this is doable.

Kind of brings up another question though.

Any kind of way to generally guess about the life span of a cell phone?

I treat mine gently and kindly. <smile>

It's just that like most people it has become a necessity, especially since
I have to ocontact transit, and good luck these days finding a pay phone
anywhere.

Crystal
