I avhe added mgr. to say Manager. This works fine for the VCM voice Karen. My file manager is in the folder Tools. So I would say more then likely you are not entering the text correctly or you have one or both of the fields at the bottom for Ignoreing case/full words set incorrectly. I'm betting it is the ignore case options that is incorrect. What you should have in the dictionary. 1. Text: mgr. 2. Replacement: Manager 3. Application Menu or it may say nothing.
