That is the information I needed -thanks. Actually I could not even get the Office viewer menus to announced the files I needed to load so I will see if I can get rid of it as it is pretty useless for me. I am looking for a batch utility to convert the rtfs to text which is accessible on the PC. I will update if I find anything.
