Hi Eleanor I have a gmail account but won't put that one on the phone, just my hotmail account. I think the problem is because I am in France, the phone was purchased in the uk and it is trying to access nokia uk. Is there anyway I can phone nokia and asked them for help and perhaps get the phone to change to nokia France? It is possibly easy for you as it would be for me if I was in the uk.
