H Eleanor

No I am sure it is a simple problem but one I cannot fix. It
is the same whether I try and use sfr or hotmail or gmail,
it is not connecting to the nokia website to validate my
e-mail account, not a problem with the phone itself. I have
setup my connection ok, I logged on to the nokia website
through the my nokia service on the phone. I cannot work out
what the problem is. Does anyone have a contact for nokia?

Regards

Adrien

Cannot help then Adrian, I thought one could not download
hotmail e-mail
accounts without paying a subscription in any case. I do
not use the Nokia
e-mail in any case. Not much use as a phone if one is
travelling around
Europe if one cannot access one's e-mail then. There must
be a way around
it. An alternative is to use the Internet to access your
hotmail.
