Yes Anders I read your message. However being you are the only one having issues with the Task manager and with both phones! It sounds like you may not be doing things correctly or do not understand what you should be looking for as far as the task manager goes.

Also keep in mind! The current public release of Talks is 5.20.3. The task manager has worked on the N86 ever sence it came out. At that time! I think Talks was version 4.10.x. That was about 2 years ago. Now if you are using some 3rd party program that has a task manager like best task man or something like that, then I can't say what may be happening. But the build in task manager does work on the phones. Keep in mind! If you only have the task manager screen open then nothing may show up when the task manager is open accept for Standby and maybe Menu.

Trying a Soft Reset on the phone wouldn't hert.

Well in the meantime to benefit from the list why not just do a soft reset and see if it works for you then. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Anders Holmberg" <[email protected]>

Yes the Task manager does work on the N86. You have to press the menu key twiece and hold it on the 2nd press. So the first press is Talks and then you would press and hold for about 1 second. Then release it and at that point the task manager will be up. You can also get to the Task manager from within any Options menu. Just arrow up one time and press select and the task manager will come up.

Hi!
It seems that no one on this list uses this phone.
However i had the luck to install talks but it was a bit hard.
One thing thats disappointing about this phone is that it doesnt have the podcatcher nor the internetradio.
The internet radio is ok but where to find the podcatcher for symbian?
Also as usual talks does not read the taskmanagers list but i didn't expect it to do so.
It doesn't work on my n86 so why should it work on my 6700 slide?
