hi Maurice, the E6 is with actual qwerty keys and not virtual keyboard. if you experience with model like E63, E71, E72 and or E5, the E6 is almost the same like those, but with touchscreen. the dialing numbers is sharing with keys like RTY=123, FGH=456, VBN=789 and UJM=*#0.
