I wonder if anyone on the list by way of a Talks Dealer could clearly set
out for us the conditions under which a Talks licence is transferred, e.g. I
had mine 6 weeks and Talks was not performing in the same way as others with
E7, same version of firmware and same version of Talks.

I recently transferred my license from one phone to my E6 and it was
done
within 24 hours. I'm surprised it's taking so long but perhaps there are
issues with a weekend in between ETC.
