I do not understand what you mean as I do not have an N86. Do you mean that
since your upgrade you hit the Talks key and get nothing? How do you know
it is freezing? Personally I turn off all tones and just go by the speech
on the phone. Can you not go to Contacts via the shortcut key or can you go
to Menu and then to contacts?

I am using an N86 with Talks 5.20
which I just upgraded to to try and resolve my issue but to no avail. When
I
try to access telephone menus the tones appear to freeze and there is no
outgoing tone to select the menu option I want.
Any suggestions?
