Hi, I upgraded to the latest version yesterday. Do not actually understand the problem David. Can you try explaining again. Do not know where you are based. I am in UK and would try and help on phone. maybe a Talks dealer could offer some help by phone, I would like to be hearing what your phone says. Did you try warm reset? No luck with turning off the tones, keyboard still doesn't send a tone to the automated menu?
