It sounds like you are running a old copy of Talks and Eloquence. You need
to be running Talks 5.22.3 and Eloquence 6.1.126. You should also make sure
that you have a latest firmware on your phone.
The issue that you are describing happend with Talks 5.0, 5.01, and I think
it got fixed in 5.21.3 at least. Current version is 5.22.3.

Dear all
I just bought a new nokia e5 phone and installed talks on it. I
noticed that I am unable to make calls while talks is enabled.
Regardless of whether I switch the "mute on call option" from advanced
tab on of off, I am unable to make calls and unable to receive them.
Once I unload talks, luckily I have a demo of mobile speak, the
problem is gone. I would kindly ask for your help as I am trying to
