Hello Adrian, To get into PC Suite mode: Go to Settings Go to connections Go to USB There is then the choice of connection type, select PC Suite mode.
Once you have done that it is easier, rather than copy the software to the phone yourself, double click on it on your PC, with the phone connected. It will then self-install, with a few questions to be answered. I hope that helps.
