Hello Adrian,
To get into PC Suite mode:
Go to Settings
Go to connections
Go to USB
There is then the choice of connection type, select PC Suite
mode.
Once you have done that it is easier, rather than copy the
software to the phone yourself, double click on it on your
PC, with the phone connected. It will then self-install,
with a few questions to be answered.

Hi
I don't want to appear a dunce but I can't work out how to
put the file on the phone, I have copied the file to the
card in the phone via the cable, but what next? Can someone
please give me useful instructions, I have never done this
before. I am still having problems with the get connected
part of the pc suite set up, my phone is in file transfer
mode, how do I take it out of that mode? Please put me
straight.
