Hi Andrew
I did answer this on my phone but for some reason it got returned as
undeliverable, strange really as I just clicked on Reply when answering. Here
goes again:

First of all if you are in the UK and want me to talk you through it I can do
that if you provide your contact details off list. My e-mail is
[email protected] However, hopefully you will follow what I say below
and it will all work out for you.

To find File Manager and your phones memory do the following:
1. Go to Menu.
2 Arrow from bottom up until you come to Office.
3. Enter on Office to Open it.
4. Arrow down until you come to File Manager.
5. Select File Manager and Open it.
6. Now you have a list of 2 items, the top item is the phone memory and the one
below it is the Memory card.
7. To explore each of these parts of the phone in turn, select for example the
memory card by arrowing to it and opening it pressing select or soft key one.
8. Now you can arrow down through your folders and files on the memory card.
As I said previously I do not know where your attachment is but there are some
options for you to look at. See if you can locate a folder called Attachments,
often if there is an e-mail attachment downloaded, and saved a folder called
Attachments is created. It may be in that. Alternatively if there is not a
folder of Attachments then maybe you could look for a folder called Data or for
a folder called Downloads. Finally if all of that fails, it may be that your
attachment is actually at the very bottom of the list. What was your
attachment, e.g. an image file, music or a word file. When you downloaded it,
surely you heard talks give you an option where to save it.
9. If you do not locate your file then you may have to check on the phone
memory. Remember this was the 1st of the 2 areas of the phone when you had
selected File Manager. Just exit out of memory card by pressing soft key 2,
top right above the number pad and arrow up to phone memory. Select it and
again arrow down through the list and see if you can locate the file attachment.
