Announcing an extension for the date of the drawing for tickets to Forever
Tango in San Francisco:

Due to popular demand, and a desire to accommodate ticket requests from
out-of-town, the drawing for tickets to Forever Tango, for those who have
bought their tickets to the New Year's Eve gala and New Year's Day events
in Palo Alto, CA, will be extended until Dec. 21st.

The drawing will take place at the regular Verdi Club milonga in San
Francisco on Thurs., Dec. 21st., but you don't have to be present to win.
(You can purchase tickets by phone in advance, or at the milonga that
night, prior to the drawing.) There will be two drawings, each for two
tickets, to see Forever Tango during their last week in S.F., which closes
12/31.

See the website: http://quality.stanford.edu for a look at the location
(the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel near Stanford), and a decription of all the
events on New Year's Eve and Day. These include two classes starting at 6

midnight champagne toast, and more ($55/in advance), and then, on New
Year's Day, the special workshop from 1- 3 pm by Gavito and Marcela ($35/in
advance), followed by Victor Menezes' milonga from 3 - 8 pm ($10/in
