Hola Milongueros y Tangueras: Please take note that the largest outdoors Milonga in Miami and perhaps the U.S. is about to happen at Bayfront Park, Bayside in downtown Miami, on Sunday, April 29. It is expected that over 12 thousand people will attend this festival as it was last year. Those traveling don't miss a stopover in Miami to join us on this date. Lots of Argentineans make the journey to attend the festivities. Rock bands, singers, artists, folklore and Tango dancers travel from Argentina to perform and make this an unforgettable day.
Randy Pittman of USTC Tango Fantasy is putting down a huge wooden floor for your comfort, as he did last year. The tent is spacious and comfortable, overlooking the Bay. There will be some fine Tango dresses for sale. This year we do not have Juan C. Copes since he was busy tending other affairs in Bs. As. but we have the incomparable, Stella Milano with her exciting Tango show and the Miami Tangueros and different schools plus independent professional dancers putting on a fabulous and most entertaining show. Do not miss this great day of food, fun and dance that will go on since 12 NOON until 12 MIDNIGHT. All day classes and all day Milonga at "La Tangueria" in Bayfront Park. Eat, party and be merry.
