The Tango Society of Central Illinois is hosting a tango weekend on Saturday
- Sunday April 28-29 at the Phillips Recreation Center at the corner of
Springfield and McCullough in Urbana, IL.
This will include a milonga from 9 - 12 PM on Saturday April 28 (cost: $3).
Our special guests for this weekend are Federico Constantino and Erica Sutton
from Tango Para Todos - The Chicago School of Tango, who will perform several
numbers during the break at the milonga.
Federico and Erica are teaching the following workshops this weekend:
Sat Apr 28
5:45 - 7:15 PM: Women's Technique $15
7:30 - 9:00 PM: Introduction to Milonga $10
followed by the milonga. Admission to the workshop(s) includes admission to
the milonga.
Sun Apr 29
1:00 - 2:30 PM: Tango - Level I
2:45 - 4:15 PM: Tango - Level II
4:30 - 6:00 PM: Tango - Level III
Cost of Sunday workshops: 1 workshop $25 (students: $20)
2 workshops $45 (students: $35)
3 workshops $60 (students: $45)

The Phillips Recreation Center has a large hardwood floor (2300 sq ft) and an
excellent sound system for your enjoyment. The Phillips Recreation Center is
