Hola Milongueros y Tangueras:
TANGO FANTASY on Miami Beach - May 25 thru June 2nd.
We have just learned from Miguel Angel Zotto that he will be partnered with
Soledad Rivero instead of Maria de los Angeles Chanaha as we had published
earlier on website and flyers distributed. Everyone knows what a fabulous
dancer-teacher Soledad is. She has been dancing with Miguel in "Perfumes de
Tango", his show, and we are delighted she can come and join the teaching
staff of this Congress.
Another announcement we would like to make is that the new schedule of
classes has been posted on the website. Please note that the time for the
Milongas is posted as 10 pm to 2 am. After discussing a bit we have decided
that the Milongas will be from 9 pm til 1 am. We would like the participants
out there to let us know if this time for Milongas is more attractive than
the 10 pm to 2 am. time. We would like to please everyone's schedule but
obviously that is not possible so please voice to us your opinion on Milonga
time.
Rumors have been going that we are full and no more registrations are being
taken, it is not so. We still have space for lots more participants. We
will have four classrooms and please take note that Miguel Angel will be
teaching morning and afternoon sessions. We have 7 couples of the top
dancers/performers/teachers in Argentine Tango in our staff. Visit our

The Fontainebleau Hilton is full for our Tango event. If you need
reservations/rooms, please contact me at 305-274-2705. I have been able to
get rooms (privately owned at the Radisson Deauville) for $75 including taxes
with ocean view, refrigerator, small stove and microwave oven (unheard of)
but I only have a few promised. Also, at another hotel, we can get a couple
of rooms at $79. including continental breakfast. These hotels are on the
beach side. The rooms are going fast since it is Memorial Weekend. These
hotels are on Collins Ave. and 64 Street and 67 St. for the Radisson, not
within walking distance of the Hilton, a person will have to take a cab which
would be about $7 ride, also a person could take the mini-bus that runs every
15 min. on Collins Ave.
