Price $75 for all events: - Two Live Milongas - Outdoor Milonga on Sunday - 3 Classes on Saturday - Musicality Workshop on Sunday The Colorado Milonguero Weekend has the goal of recapturing the Buenos Aires experience. The theme is milonguero style dancing. The music will be rhythmic and the salons will be fairly crowded. This year we add a tango orchestra, Dan Diaz & The Tango Camerata with Pablo Aslan. They play the rhythms of tango social dancers love. The emphasis is on the dancing, but there are also classes with teachers of milonguero style. These classes have the goal of helping you meet and mix with the local Denver dancers and all the visitors. These are not beginner classes, however they will be split into those with over 1 year of close-embrace experience and less than 1 year. Early Arrivals: Some of the teachers will arrive by Wednesday, and there will be classes and practices on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Diego & Luz are editors of the Buenos Aires tango magazine, El Tangauta.
