please note that this is only a week away... the wednesday 21st August Tango
dance will be in Studio two, instead of studio one.
The Mid-winter social dance went very well too, about 60 people enjoyed a good
night of dancing - don't forget the upcoming parties @ Viva Latina (Sat 7 & Fri

About Alicia
Alicia Cruzado's professional dance career began at age 13 with the
Ballet Company of Tucuman, Argentina where she went on to become Prima
Ballerina, Choreographer, Teacher and Director of this prestigious dance
company. Her teaching career began at age 16 in the Dance Department of
the University of Tucuman - she went on to Found and become the
Principal of the High School For The Performing Arts in Tucuman.
Alicia moved to New York City in 1991 to work as Dance Captain and
Choreographer with the Broadway Production of Tango Pasion. She has toured
Asia as Choreographer with Tango Puro, Europe as Ballet Mistress with
The American Bolero Dance Company and the United States as Director and
Choreographer with Tango Fusion.
Alicia currently lives in New York City where she teaches, coaches and
choreographs Argentine Tango and Ballet. She is a Board Member and the
Resident Teacher of The Argentine Tango Society at the Argentine
Consulate where she heads the teaching programme.
Alicia is widely regarded as one of the world's leading Argentine Tango
professionals.

Workshop Levels
Tango 1 workshops are for beginners and improvers.
Tango 2 workshops are for the more experienced dancers, but it is highly
recommended that those wanting to do Tango 2 workshops do Tango 1 as well.
