I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincerest
appreciation and thanks to everyone who participated in NORA'S TANGO WEEK
2003, including those of you who were only able to attend our nightly
milongas. Without you, NORA'S TANGO WEEK would not have been able to enjoy
its sixth consecutive successful year.
I would also like to take this opportunity to extend the same thanks
and appreciation to all the Masters who truly made this event one of our
finest. My thanks go out to Los Dinzel, Carlos and Maria Rivarola, Nito and
Elba, Fernanda & Guillermo, Oscar Mandagaran and Miriam & Hugo. They gave
us their very best, not only in the classroom, but at the nightly milongas
as well. For this, I shall be eternally grateful. I feel certain that all
of you who witnessed their professionalism and elegance would agree with me
when I say that it was a pleasure to have shared this experience with them.
I would also like to extend my sincerest thanks to Mariana Dragone for her
brilliant performances with Oscar.
And a very special thanks to my cofounder, Bob Moretti, for his
unwavering support of Nora's Tango Week.
My hat is also tipped to the "Notable Tango Trio", Emilio Flores, our
DJ, Polo Talnir, our sound engineer, and to my staff, all of whom worked
tirelessly to ensure that NORA'S TANGO WEEK 2003 was a grand success!
I hope to duplicate and improve wherever possible, taking the best
from this year's event and transposing it into NORA'S TANGO WEEK 2004.
I would like to take this opportunity to announce the dates for Nora's
Tango Week 2004 are:
JULY 2-4 TANGO WEEKEND
JULY 5-9 TANGO WEEK
JULY 10 CELEBRATION TANGO! BALL
Other details for NORA'S TANGO WEEK 2004 will be released as they become
available.
