Here is information on this terrific weekend A Milonguero Weekend with Cacho Dante and Robert Hauk Friday, Sept 19. Belinda’s Night Club, 9613 Madison Ave. 216/651-1968 8:00 to 9:30 pm:Robert Hauk will teach a class that will review the Milonguero embrace, and how it influences your steps, making steps you already know more flexible, changing them as needed for navigation purposes and combining them into sequences. 9:30 to 10:00: A Practice session will follow the class, ending at 10:00. Topics that will be discussed today will be Fundamentals of Body Language, Placement of Feet, Rhythmic Walking and Changes in Direction. 1:30 to 1:45: Break 1:45 to 3:15: Milonguero Tango, a continuation of class No. 1. In this class Cacho will get into Turning and Salidas/Ochos, which are the Keys to Navigation. 3:15 to 3:30: Break 3:30 to 5:00: Vals, Rhythmic walking and turning. Class level will be determined by the people taking the class. 8:00 to 12:00: Milonga at the Log Cabin in Clague Park.
