This is the only place in Buenos Aires with a dance for couples only. October 16 is the 70th anniversary of the club and 30th anniversary of the regular Saturday night tango dances. This is where the milongueros took their wives on Saturday night for dinner, dancing and socializing with friends. It is far from the downtown milongas, but worth a visit for couples over 55 who want to enjoy dinner and an evening of good music for dancing. The club has been remodeled, has a good floor for dancing, excellent music and less smoke than most places. It's one of my favorite places to dance.
