It is my great pleasure to bring Javier Rochwarger back to Boston for a
great weekend of workshops February 12-13 at the Church of Our Savior in
Brookline. Please help welcome Javier back to Boston! The weekend
schedule is below - we hope you'll be able to join us (fingers crossed for
no snow!).
ABOUT JAVIER
Javier Rochwarger is a warmly intense and generous talent, belonging to
Buenos Aires' newer generation of tango dancers. Grounded, sensual and
musical expression emanates from Javier's dancing and is reflected in the
faces of his partners on the dance floor. Javier has performed regularly at
such renowned tango venues as Cafe Tortoni and Bar Sur as well as Sunday
exhibitions in one of tango's most historical sites - Caminito (La Boca).
In the past two years he has travelled to Spain to teach classes, founding
a milonga and starting tango activity in Sevilla. Also during this time he
has taught in Buenos Aires with the Grupo Graciela Gonzalez, for the
Festival de Tango de la Ciudad Buenos Aires in the San MartÃn Theater and
at the University of Quilmes.

Fee Schedule
Each class at the door is $22 each (cash only). Each class paid in advance
is $20 each. Package of all classes paid in advance is $90. Payment in
advance must be received by February 7, 2005.

DIRECTIONS
All workshop classes will be held at the Church of Our Savior in Brookline
(at the corner of Carlton and Monmouth Streets).
By car: From Beacon St. outbound, turn left on Carlton St. from Beacon St.
inbound, turn right on Carlton St. Monmouth St. is the first cross street,
and the church is on the far right corner of the intersection entrance is
on Monmouth St. Street parking is available on both Beacon St. and
Monmouth St.
By T: Take a Green Line Ctrain (the Beacon St./ Cleveland Circle branch)
to the St. Marys stop on Beacon St., where the trolly first comes above
ground. Walk up Carlton St. from Beacon, to the first corner which is
Monmouth. The church is on the far right corner entrance is on Monmouth St.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are available both before and after the workshop weekend;
discount given to those who have paid for one or more weekend
workshop. Schedule early to reserve your space! Lesson location is in
Brookline outside of Coolidge Corner (no studio fee). To schedule, please
