Dear friends, Tangueros de Ley would like to invite you to our upcoming February events in Pittsburgh, PA.
Feb. 24 at 8:00 Feb. 23 at 4:30 Feb. 21 at 7:30 On February 24, we bring you "Gran Concierto Gran". This is a concert style event featuring beautifully orchestrated arrangements for Tangueros de Ley and full tango orchestra. In addition a variety of small groups will perform arrangements of Piazzolla, Mores accompanied by dancers, film and more. This is tango music at its highest level since the large orchestras of the 50's. Afterward, we will clear the stage and turn the P/A speakers inward for all to enjoy the beautiful hardwood stage for dancing to the DJ'ed reception. Appetizers will be offered, stay as long as you wish. In tandem, the Pittsburgh Tangueros will host their own Milonga starting at 9:00 in Homestead. The event begins Thursday, Feb. 24 at 8:00pm at the PNC Music Hall at Duquesne University tickets are available at the door $10 call 412-260-1840 for more information On February 21 at 7:30 pm in Greensburg Tangueros de Ley will perform as a quartet in concert. This will be held at the University of Pittsburgh/Greensburg in Ferguson Hall. On February 23 Tangueros de Ley will perform for Latin Heritage Week. This event will be in Rangos Ballroom-University Center at Carnegie Mellon University. The event is an ongoing celebration. Tangueros de Ley with dance performers will begin at 4:30 pm.
