ABOUT PABLO ALONSO:

Pablo has been dancing Argentine tango since his childhood.
He has toured South America, North America and Europe.
Known for meticulous teaching, he focuses on technique and elegance.

His experience includes teaching together with Osvaldo Zotto
in the legendary milonga “Club Almagro” of Buenos Aires. He also
has an extensive background in acting and corporal techniques.
Currently based in London, he is a member of the teaching staff at
the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA), holds regular
classes including master classes attended by teachers from all over
Europe, and assists in the choreography of plays in the West End,
London’s theatre district. His previous two visits to St Louis have been
so popular that he has been invited to return for a third time.


CLASSES:

SAT March 19, 2005
1:30PM (TECHNIQUE) Posture, walking, embrace and balance.
2:30PM (BEGINNER) Parallel and crossed system. Classic figures and new steps
4:00PM (BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE) Different half turns. Endings and
continuations.
5:30PM  FREE PRACTICE.

SUN March 20, 2005
1:30PM (INTERMEDIATE) Turns to right and left. Change of directions.
3:00PM (INTERMEDIATE PLUS) Boleos and ganchos - when, where and how.
4:30PM (INTERMEDIATE PLUS/ADVANCED) Sacada combinations in turning figures.
Milonga de traspie.
6:00PM  FREE PRACTICE.

Full-time student discount: 50%

FREE introduction to tango by Pablo on Friday March 18, 8PM
followed by welcome milonga until 1am.
