The Tango Group at Washington University in St Louis Mo announces workshops with Pablo Alonso, March 18-20, 2005.

He has toured South America, North America and Europe. Known for meticulous teaching, he focuses on technique and elegance. His experience includes teaching together with Osvaldo Zotto in the legendary milonga Club Almagro of Buenos Aires. He also has an extensive background in acting and corporal techniques. Currently based in London, he is a member of the teaching staff at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA), holds regular classes including master classes attended by teachers from all over Europe, and assists in the choreography of plays in the West End, London's theatre district. His previous two visits to St Louis have been so popular that he has been invited to return for a third time. Classic figures and new steps 4:00PM (Beginner/Intermediate) Different half turns. Endings and continuations. 5:30PM FREE PRACTICE. Change of directions. 3:00PM (Intermediate and higher) Boleos and ganchos - when, where and how. 4:30PM (Intermediate and higher) Sacada combinations in turning figures. 6:00PM FREE PRACTICE.
