You'll be doing lots of walking and dancing in Buenos Aires and will want to take care of your body. Yoga is one way to do it. Almost two years ago, I started private yoga sessions with my neighbor who is an experienced teacher of yoga. The breathing, relaxation, and stretching exercises are wonderful. I won't miss my sessions on Monday and Friday afternoon with Cathy. Yoga keeps my body in shape for dancing.
