If you haven't been here yet, it is worth a visit--bloody friendly, Bloody good grub and drinks too (optional, but now lots of folks come earlier just to EAT here!!! ) GREAT PLACE FOR CELEBRATIONS--- BECAUSE of great food, fine wooden dance floor, brilliant sound system, Because of YESIM'S programs of the great tango literature, Because of Sofas, banquettes, loungy comfy chairs, and Because of Its great spaces, great dancing with great people. And because it is $10 with beginner's class taught by guest JEAN FUNG--"far-flung Fung"--Queen of Phillytango, and a terrific Feldenkrais practitioner, on staff at Dance Manhattan too! And if you come early and don't take the class, just find spaces around and in back where the class ain¹t, Grab a dancer crossing your path and start dancing!
