Buenos Aires back to Colorado. She is one of the most sought-after tango
teachers in the world. Her boundless energy and enthusiasm for teaching
tango and her penetrating intelligence in analyzing and synthesizing the
dance make her classes exciting and inspiring. Luciana is considered unique
among Argentine teachers in her ability to relate tango eloquently and
simply to North Americans. A master technician, at ease in all major tango
styles, skilled in both leader and follower roles, her unusually wide range
of tango experience and training gives her teaching a breadth and power
rarely encountered. Her private lessons rank with the best among all tango
teachers because of her uncanny ability to analyze rapidly and clearly the
underlying factors in correcting a students dance, leading them on to the
next stage of their tango. With her partners Dina Martinez and Valencia
Batiuk, she produces El Motivo, one of the most highly regarded practicas
