Hugo "Gato" Valdez & Andrea Monti will begin a week of classes and appearances in Chicago on Wednesday, February 22, 2006. This handsom and exciting Argentine couple has toured only sparingly in the U.S. and WindyCityTango, Inc. has been trying to lure them to Chicago since experiencing their excellent instruction and dynamic performances at the Portland TangoFest in October 2004. The usual WCT, Inc. weekend of classes and workshops will begin on Thurs., Feb. 23 and continue thru Mon., Feb. 27. Gato & Andrea will be in Chicago thru March 2, and available for private lessons much of this time. The class / workshops schedule will be published by this weekend, but save your time (and $$) now to improve / expand your Argentine tango techniques in variety of tango, vals and milonga movements.
