It is in this spirit that the quartet *Tango con Garra* performs the music of the great orchestras of the Golden Age of tango, including Di Sarli, D'Arienzo, Biaggi and others. Dedicated to performing for live dancing, *Tango con Garra* has appeared at milongas in Massachusetts, Illinois, and Rhode Island. Nell Flanders is an active freelance musician and teacher in Chicago, IL who performs internationally with the blues crossover group *Corky Siegel's Chamber Blues*. Ben Bogart of Providence, RI, is both a professional jazz saxophone player and a tango dance instructor. Also a popular DJ, he is known for his emphasis on alternative music. Michael Bahmann is artistic director of *Musica Maris*, a concert series based in Rhode Island, dedicated to performing 17th-19th century repertoire on period instruments. Collins Trier performs as a member of the orchestra for *Lyric Opera of Chicago*. He also performs with *Fulcrum Point* and has a strong background in jazz and world music.
