       We are very excited to have these two extraordinary couples as
       part of the NJTE.  They are incredible teachers and brilliant
       performers.


     * Friday Fabulous 40's Salon Tango Contest *


       Last year the 40's Milonga was such a fabulous success we
       decided to host another one and include a 40's Style Tango
       Contest.  This contest is open to non-professionals who have
       registered for Gold or Silver Packages.  */_First prize is two
       $500.00 Airline Certificates!_/ * Prizes will be also awarded
       for second and third place.  A registration fee of $25.00 per
       couple is required.


     * The entire event will take place in the Hilton Hotel *

     Carolina Zokalski and Diego Di Falco

They are co-creators and artistic directors of the NJ Tango Extravaganza, and one of the few top professional tango dancers with a strong background in dancing Tango socially. As cast members of the original Broadway "Forever Tango" they were Tony Award nominees. They are Carnegie Hall and National Symphony performers, and the choreographers of "Tango Magic" and "Bs As Tangos From Heaven and Hell". They have produced their own instructional videos and are continuously in demand for their exceptional teaching and performing skills.


     Fernanda Ghi and Guillermo Merlo

Renowned for their style, interpretation, choreography, command of the stage and clear teaching technique. They created, produced, choreographed and starred in: 2000 Tango Dreams, 2003 - Adam & Eve, 2004 -Malena. Individually or as a couple, Fernanda Gui and Guillermo Merlo's unique style is the result of years of study, hard work and dedication.


     Melina Brufman and Claudio Gonzalez

From the center stage of Forever Tango to their signature event that defines quality and style, Tango Pulenta, Claudio Gonzalez and Melina Brufman are cutting edge dancers. Their technical ability and artistic versatility have created a new level in the development of Argentine Tango. In addition to their unique performance style Melina and Claudio have developed a teaching curriculum which incorporates the classic central core of tango with their own unique foundation.


     Noel Strazza and Pablo Pugliese

Noel and Pablo have redefined the concept of Salon Tango with a style and grace that is capturing audiences throughout the world. Their joined abilities as elegant performers, and master teachers enables them to teach complex concepts and movements in a simplistic way.
