Is just physics. Easy (linear) example. Hold stick loosely at top. Move hand laterally at uniform rate. Now stop hand. Lower end of stick continues to swing forward like ordinary type boleo. Now again hold stick loosely with hand stationary. Then quickly move hand. Lower end of stick remains essentially just where it was and then begins to move after hand has displaced. First case working with kinetic energy (body in motion tends to remain in motion), second case with inertia (body at rest tends to remain at rest). Can certainly do rotationally as well, but linear example with stick (or kitchen knife as I sit here at breakfast) is easiest to see. As with any energy move in Tango, follow must be sensitive to possibilities and lead must clearly delineate energy and rate of change of energy.
