Don't be makin so much fun of this. We had a salsa and swing night here in the Detroit area which ran for 3+ years and the DJs played an argentine tango set twice per evening.
As the club owner remarked: "We love the tango music. That's when everyone hits the bar to re-order." (The night was very popular and was cancelled for other reasons having to do with a death in the club on 'bootay' night.)
