I can certainly confirm Jessica's comments about cabs. They are inexpensive,
don't expect tips, certainly not large ones, they are everywhere at all hours,
and regardless of the horror stories I too have heard, I never had any problems
except once getting passed a counterfeit bill. In 3 trips to BsAs, I never
called for one, and I never had to wait long to catch one, even at 4am.
