Im guessing that this is MUCH different depending on if it is a man or woman doing the wow ing.....for me, your mention of rushing the turns sounds like good masculine technique.... rush them..... and if you feel her fingers digging into your shoulder in order to hold on, excelente!..... and at the last chord of the song, if you look to her face as the music fades and there is the evidence of blood having rushed to the face along with a VERY satisfied grin.....well then, you WOW ed your partner.
