Hope you've been keeping track of 4.0 as well, in terms of what 4.0
needs to provide to support and improve Trails.  I've added specific
exceptions for PageNotFound and ComponentNotFound, which should make
it reasonable for Trails to "sniff" for pages in the app, and
componentds with pages (or other components).
