-1 I can't support this. We are too far down the 4.0 road now. We must enforce a freeze since the betas went out! All effort now should be going towards putting 4.0 to bed. We are nearing the endgame now.
BTW - the above argument does not apply to the default binding debacle - nobody foresaw the controversy and no vote was held (that I can find record of) before default binding prefixes went into the codebase..
