LOL, that's why it is a +0 and not-binding (well the not-binding is
really because I'm not a committer, but anyway!)
But really, as a general principle is good to actually put the pressure
on the mundane things. Since nobody pays us salaries for doing open
source, of course, other "incentives" must be created.
And in any case, Jesse, you're the "code-lead for 4.1" right now. I
guess there should be some committer in charge of the 4.0 release? He
would get the pressure ;).
