Tapestry Code

Hi,

One of the pages on the Wiki (
http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-tapestry/BuildingTapestry) specifies that JDK
5 is required to build Tapestry... does this mean that Tapestry code is
allowed to contain generics / for-each loops / etc?
