Most of the Tapestry code is compiled with JDK 1.5 but targetted at JDK 1.3. So we don't use Generics.
Tapestry 4's annotation support does, of course, use JDK 1.5. Tapestry 5 will require JDK 1.5. On 5/2/06, D&J Gredler <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hi, One of the pages on the Wiki ( http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-tapestry/BuildingTapestry) specifies that JDK 5 is required to build Tapestry... does this mean that Tapestry code is allowed to contain generics / for-each loops / etc? Daniel
