I think i got it. Your including hivemind.jar in more than one place in
your classpath. I can replicate the error in tomcat by including
hivemind.jar in my webapp WEB-INF/lib and in tomcat's common/lib dir.
Check your classpath.

I don't think so - without hivemind I had problems running (or
compiling) the app.
Besides - the duplicate is exactly in the same location as the original.
