Not really. I'm personally rather committed to WO+EOF. But with a

I have looked at that too and personally I think I would prefer it. And
once more I have to give in and try to deliver what the customers
request.
Concerning my problems, I decided to take one step back and try to
solve them with small test apps before I try to integrate the whole
shebang. Then I did also find these links that might be worth looking
