Geoff,
Thanks for the quick answer.  These files are part of my help system.  They are 
not "tapestry" files.  And I am afraid that if I turn them off, the legitimate 
Tapestry files will also not be tagged.  Is there any way to tie the html back 
to a component?  If there isn't a matching .jwc, then it is just plain html.  
Or do I have to move them away from my Tapestry context?

You can change the priority of these markers or tell Spindle not to
put them in by setting a Preference.

Window -> Preferences -> Spindle 3

"Action take when a file is missed"

Choose 'ignore' to remove the markers altogether.
