At this point I'm not trying to be argumentative; I'm honestly
curious. Having looked into the partial render code in Tacos 3.0.3, I know
it was still hamstrung by the independence limitation (hence the need to
define your own partial elements to flag dependence/independence for the xml
layer).
So I'm trying to figure out how you solved the problem without
providing *some* form of extra information to the xml library.
