Nelson, As a method of learning the fretboard Ted's FFCP method is great. Once you have the 4 positions under your fingers then moving a tune around the fretboard really becomes much easier and it's good exercise for the digits to top it off. Ted's language gets a little too high falootin' for me and he looks down his nose a bit too much on folk music but the method is spot on.
